Executive Chef, William C. Hundley, owner of Gourmet Catering, completed his culinary studies in Southern France. Prior to opening his own business, Hundley served the Front Range for 13 years in several chef positions at five-star restaurants. He has also catered to an impressive list of entertainers
including Bon Jovi, The Who, Bill Krutezman and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Hundley mixes his African-American and Jamaican background with French style cuisine to create food with a Caribbean flair. In addition to Gourmet Catering, Hundley presently cooks meals four days a week for the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity at Colorado State University.
